The big chief is a big fan of classic car racing and their liveries. Importantly he wanted something that would reflect this part of his character.
Henceforth the colours draw their design cues in a subtle way from the Gulf Racing team, so famous for its success in the Le Mans 24 race and an iconic staple of racing since the 1960’s. From Ford GT40’s to Maclaren F1’s, the Team 26 brand piggy-backs on these historical associations.
