Every year the English Medieval Festival is hosted at Herstmonceux Castle in Sussex
Merry Olde England is the theme of this festival. This is where one can partake in various activities of the Middle Ages. In addition to jousting, archery, and banquets, there are falconry, puppet shows and living history enactments.

It is a festival renowned all over the world and as a result visitors come from far and wide to take part, the majority in period costume.

The visual identity takes its design cues from this period in history while marrying it with modernity. For example, it uses the blue and yellow colours of the holding company in its colour palette.

Just a shame they never implemented it!.
