Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a Franco-German joint venture comprising of; Saft, Total, PSA and Opel. It will be investing heavily in developing a new generation of automotive batteries. Their goal is to achieve the most advanced and carbon-efficient production process. For example, 95% of the battery components will be recyclable and the factories are designed to use renewable energy sources. Moreover, the minerals used will be fully traceable and ethically sourced. This is part of a larger branding project which establishes the brand tone of voice.
